Problem with Java, ORACLE Application is not workin with robot

Hello my name is Cesar, I work at Morgan & Morgan and we have been using the Workfusion tool for 2 years with some bots developed by us.
We have plans to migrate to the enterprise version however we are having problems trying to get the bot to run our Oracle application.
Apparently it is a conflict with Java.
Can you tell us if this can be solved, it depends on this that we continue to use workfusion and move to the enterprise version
