Problem with Internet Explorer

Hi,
I’m having a problem with the launch of Internet Explorer.
In particular when we launch Internet Explore through the open browser activity an error occurs that is impossible to recall the library connected to explorer.
So the robot can not open Internet and navigate, have you already interfaced this problem? solutions?
