Problem with changing case owner ID on records

So I am using the Salesforce activity pack for automating some case processing and I have been running into a problem with changing the case owner to a specific queue. Every time I change it to that queue’s ID, it changes it to some other unrelated queue instead. I can change the case owner successfully in the front-end just fine, so I don’t know what is the cause of the problem. Are there some fields other than OwnerID that has to be changed? It seems like this is a standard Case object, if that helps with solving the issue.
