Some users also reported this incident and some are able to solve it by reset the data in ACME and clear cache in the bowser. I have tried that and clear my Queue in orchestrator and rerun the whole project few times, yet unable to solve it.
If the problem is due to server issue then I am unable to complete this assignment to submit for evaluation. I might unable to complete the exam before it ends this month. \
