Problem to use the UIPath with team viewer or any desk

Hi,

I am trying to use the UIPath remotely because of COVID 19, but to do it I need to connect in another machine using the Team viewer or anyDesk, but the UIpath Studio is not showed only a black or a white screen. Does anyone knows whats can it be or how can I solve it ?

I would like to provide this question a bump. To provide more detail, the laptop we are connecting to using TeamViewer has the lid closed. Studio is being used from the laptop TeamViewer is connecting to. We have found that when the laptop is open, there does not seem to be a problem. Is there any way to get around this?
