What is the use case
Problem Detector–Detect the Problem form the users machine when it occurs.
This solution will generate the problems report that have been detected from the end users machine.
So based on the detected problem report, can develop the automation solution that will fix issue proactively before the user will raise it.
How do you see a solution for the use case?
Create a workflow to detect the problem.This workflow will have the multiple use case for different Problems.output of these use cases will be stored in the Database and the report will trigger by email to Analyst or can fetch from the DB.New use cases can be added to this workflow based on the requirement also can be removed.To capture the real data from the end points ,run this workflow once or twice in day on active machines.
To fix the problems we will create the workflows of solution for each problem and based on the problem detector report we can run the particular solution workflow on the user’s machine where the issue has been detected and activity report will be added to database.
Some examples of Use cases that can be added to problem detect workflow:-
– Software is installed with Low Version.
– Group policies are not applied.
– Services are not running.
– Disk space on user’s machine.
– SAP ini file is correct or not.
– Some applications configuration files are correct or not.
– Data is backup from user’s machine or not.
– Machine network is slow.
– Software and OS are updated or not.
