Problem creating a new JOB in ORCHESTRATOR

Hi, I have been trying to create a new JOB in orchestrator but it os not possible and these are the Job Details:

  • Process: Dispatcher_Open_Tickets
  • Environment: jirajira
  • Robot: rororor
  • Machine name: LPT-PL-132
  • Info: Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password
  • Start Time: 11/30/2018 8:23:47 AM
  • End Time: 11/30/2018 8:23:47 AM
  • Input Values: null
    Output Values: null

Robot is connected and available and process is with green ticket as well.
Any help??

Are you sure that the username/password given for the robot is correct?

Yes, I am . Robot is available.

I rebooted all the systems and now is working. Solved
