Problem accessing the application tab at

Hello to the whole community, I hope you can help me solve my problem.

Delete my orchestrator service and create one from 0. This is done to know and know how to manipulate the tool in the cloud.

When I create the new orchestrator service it does not allow me to enter the taps tab and it throws me the message that I have problems with my route, make all the suggested modifications but I still do not solve the problem.
