Probable bug with Jira integration service

Hi,

I think I have found a bug with Jira Integration service.

I am selecting Labels “within is empty” as in below snapshot and saving the trigger. After saving, it is appearing as “within is not empty” instead of “within is empty”(second screenshot). Also, label “within is empty” condition is not working while testing.
