Hi Community
has anyone tired web based automations using Prisma access browser(from palo alto networks)?
From my understanding it is chromium based web browser like Chrome and somehow talks to chrome store for extensions.
UiPath officially doesn’t support this browser but just what to check if anyone tried it.

I think UiPath does not officially support Prisma , but since it is Chromium‑based you can sometimes automate it using Computer Vision or by treating it as an unsupported Chrome‑like window;
however, native UI selectors, extensions, and Web Recorder usually fail, so only CV‑based or image‑based automation works reliably.

personally haven’t tried it..but if you have the browser why not try it once
if not ui automation mode..in active accessibility mode it should be able to indicate mostly

Yes, tried it on cloud and it open app/browser is not even recognizing the prisma window and since the container cannot be identified, actions cant be added.
Hi, may I ask is your UiPath extension on prisma browser shows error like mine? I found that even I can control the browser but it is at the application level but not browser level. I am not sure is that will affect the upcoming development if it is control under application level or browser level. Thank you.
my org doesn’t allow UiPath Add-on in Prisma browser so not sure of the error but, until UiPath natively supports Prisma, i don’t recommend using Prisma for browser automations at all.
