Pricing of Microsoft Cognitive service

Hi,

I have one query did any one used Microsoft azure billing account for cognitive services

As per the above link its mentioned as Pricing - Cognitive Services All-In-One | Microsoft Azure

$2.50 per 1,000 transactions

So just want a info what do we mean by transaction,1 page or one run with any pages?

Please let me know if anyone have idea

not really, but i have gone through once and compared other products as well like google.
