Pretrained models in other languages than English usable?

Hello, can we use the pretrained models for example for purchase orders for documents in other languages than English?

Yes we can use pretrained ML models in UiPath ML extractor for languages other than english uptil the language is supported by UiPath Document understanding.

How do I know which language is supported? I would need German language.
