Post upgrading from 21 version to 22.4, where is file web.config located?

Where is the web.config file located in the computer ?
I moved from 21 version to 22.4 and I have the same error message. I can launch the bot from the assistant, but when I want to launch it from orchestrator, in orchestrator it says “Running” but in Assistant it says " Error: Could not start executor. The user name or password is incorrect. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007052E)" Then a few minutes later the Orchestrator says “Faulted” for the job and gives the same error message.
So:

I changed again the password of windows credentials in Orchestrator
I closed the Assistant
I relaunched the 3 services of UiPath
I refreshed Orchestrator page
and I have still the same problem

Now I am trying to see where is this file web.config, and I hope it’s the problem because I don’t have another clue.

hey

are you using enterprise version?, we can’t get that file in this version. it is just for communty and should be behind

C:\Program Files (x86)\UiPath\Orchestrator

Hello @Pierre_Obele ,

In the uipath assistant are you able to see the green color( Orchestrator is connected)… Also, Is it connected to the Orchestrator that you are using(Hover on top of it). Plz try to logout and try to reconnect again.
