Possible bug with GetVisibleText failing and closing down application

Hi - I seem to be having an issue with the Get Visible Text Activity. I have had this on automating some checks for two separate applications. ON the first try the activity works perfectly and gets the data I need. Every other try after this fails with “capture Timeout” error and shuts down my application. Has anyone ever seen this before? I have use UI selector and it validates the selection. I am using Studio 2019.10.4 version if that helps.
