Remark : I have solved the problem as follows.
1.I have uninstalled the program
2.I have uninstalled Google Chrome.

Hi @kittipat.w

You are automating the web application in the virtual machine from your own machine studio right!!

In this case, you have to use the computer vision activities to automate the virtual machines.
Search computer vision in activity panel in that you can find these activities. Use those activities.
