'Please contact your administrator to allocate right licenses for this application access in Action Center' error thrown, even though the license has been purchased.

Error Message:

Root Cause: User License Management is disabled.

Resolution:

  1. Navigate to the Cloud Orchestrator - "https://cloud.uipath.com/"
  2. Click on "Admin" (on the left Navigation Pane) as shown below
  1. "Settings" as shown:
  1. Click on "Advanced" as shown:
  1. Click on "Enable" as shown below
  1. Up on enabling the "User License Management" , it should be possible to view the license in the Admin Page

  1. Now navigate back to Action Center
  1. It should now be possible to allocate the license to the respective users.
