Hi, I’m trying to create a pipeline using Automation Ops, but I keep getting the error shown in the screenshot.

This happens regardless of which machine I select, including the “Pipelines serverless machine.”

Additionally, the Pipelines folder is created but remains empty, and the Pipelines Robot account is never created. My GitHub repository is already connected in Source Control and all available licenses are allocated to the tenant.

I’ve tried deleting the organization and creating a new one three times, but the same error appears every time. I also tried using a different account to create the organization, but the issue persists.

Do you have set any IP addresses under Allow only trusted IPs?
If yes, can you set Allow all IPs, sign out from the Cloud Organization Portal and retry?

Hi, I have the community plan so I do not have access to most of security settings.

In that case, you should check the documentation link and check internally at your network level.
Another option, will be to use standalone CLI CI/CD (plain or call its command will other languages/scripts), or Jenkins Plugin or Azure DevOps plugin.
