Picture in Picture executor could not start

RemoteException wrapping System.Exception: Could not start executor. An error occurred while we tried to start the process in Picture in Picture.
PiP enabled. Run in Debug mode.
done cmd given administrator rights to enable PiP
using Version 2021.10.5
Uninstalled and Reinstalled UiPath
But still unable to get PiP to work.
