Pick date and time

Hello i have a function that retrieves a date out from a pdf and stores it as a string. Then i want to pass that date into an pick calendar( problem is, its not possible to type into this calendar only click) How can this be done

Yes but most of them are above my paygrade, dont know how to make a dynamic value etc
