:tada: Project Completed – Petrol Receipt Reconciliation Automation

I’m happy to share that I’ve completed my Petrol Receipt Reconciliation Automation project using UiPath.

Throughout this project, I faced several challenges while building and debugging the workflow, especially around queue transactions, OCR data extraction, reconciliation logic, handling multiple entries, and sending the final report through Gmail.

A special thank you to everyone in the UiPath Community who shared their knowledge, suggestions, and support. The guidance and discussions here helped me understand the issues I was facing and improve my workflow step by step.

This project gave me a much better understanding of how different UiPath components work together in a real automation scenario.

Final workflow includes:

  • Orchestrator Queue transactions
  • PDF and OCR data extraction
  • Receipt reconciliation
  • Matched / Not Matched validation
  • Excel reconciliation report
  • Automated Gmail notification with the report attached
