Permission issue when creating a draft email with attachments and a message using the 'Use Desktop Outlook App' and the 'Send Email' activities

Hi,

I’m working on the course “Build Your First Process With Studio”, and I am receiving this error related to permission issues.

How could I fix this?

Did you happen to keep the file open?

or are you using excel scope in the code and is send email is inside it?

or is the file open in background please check task manager

It seems like you are trying to access the file which is already open on your system.

Thank you all for the solutions. I was able to fix the issue. Use desktop outlook app was included in excel application scope which created the issue. I moved it out and it works now.
