Performer is not getting queue item - the parameters are inherited from Package

Hello Team,

I am looking in the Prod Orchestrator , i see that
1.dispacher run successful.
2.Performer is not picking up the queue items - rather it says -
No Transaction Data
Process finished due to no more transaction data
Performer run 5 times with above message
but in the 6th run it was able to fetch the records…[NOTE: Dispatcher runs only once, and performer is getting triggered every 30mins, as long as the data is present in Queue]

Well one more question, why the performer is running every 30min , i dont know how this PROD Orchestror is being configured…

Here are the screenshots:
Dispatcher

Performer

You can see in the above screenshot , the parameters are inherited from the package.

How shall i fix this issue.

Regards,
Seema
