Per User Value Governance Policy Not Working For Orchestrator

Governance policy not working for per user value but the policy is working fine when configured as Global in Orchestrator version 22.4.1 .

Issue Description: Governance policy not working for per user value, when configured as Global value it is working fine in Orchestrator version 22.4.1.

Two different policies is applied to each user. When applied as Global value the policies are working fine, but when applied as value per user in Asset it is not working for AD users.

Resolution: After testing the issue internally for the version 2022.4, the interactive sign in for the Robot is required to get governance policy applied for per user.

  1. Enable the interactive sign in for the Robot from the Orchestrator, in Robot security page under the tenant settings
  2. Connect the Robot with Orchestrator and login Robot with the interactive sign-in to get license
  3. Once Robot is connected with the interactive sign in, the governance policy shall be applied for per user
  4. Also, use the Hybrid mode for the interactive sign-in.
