PDF text off screen - Get Text cant find the text

Has anyone got experience or a solid method of extracting text “Get Text” from a PDF where the text being read or extracted via “Get Text” is at the bottom of the PDF fillable form that can not be visible or seen on the PC screen (and therefore not in scope of the “Get Text” activity).
Is there an easy way to move the PDF page down in order to put the text needed back in scope so the Get Text can grab it?
Can you easily change pages on a PDF to use the “Get Text”.
The PDF fillable form I use is a few pages long with many elements needing to be accessed with “Get Text”. The text in focus on the PDF in actual size has no issues when using the “get Text” into a variable and manipulation or displaying etc.
any ideas advice is appreciated.
