Hello, I could use some help removing a PDF attached to a Gmail message. Any methods anyone knows of, for the not-so-techie trained?

You can’t remove an attached file in a gmail message. It is stored in the email server of google. Do you mean downloading the pdf file?

No, I am not trying to download the file.

I read there is software one can load to their pc to remove “sent email” attachments, one of which I installed but there is no manuals… but I was looking for a different way if possible; essentially the recipient can always open the email, but having the attachment no longer available is my only goal here.
