Pdf extraction in 542 pages

Hi guys,
I have to do one process workflow using pdf
1. I have one pdf that pdf contains 542 pages in that 542 pages i need to extract data and save it in excel like it ot & ot/th+ ( for reference i attached pdf please check)
And i am giving excel sheet also to extract the data and how we can save it in excel

Can you give me a best way to achieve this things

You need to perform string manipulation to get the desired output.

Split and Substring kind off. If you still unable to achieve it please let us know.
