PDF does not open

Hello Are you okay?

I have a problem, I am downloading pdf files, and when using the wait for download and move file activity, to change the file name, my file does not open.

I noticed that the files with the original name, which are going to the download folder, open, but the ones that I changed the name do not open anymore.

The path I’m using to save the files is this one below, is there a problem with it?

"C:\Users\adm\Documents\procurations" + xxx + “.pdf”

I double click on this file and it does not open, but if I right click and open it with another browser, it opens, why does this happen?

Try to Move it without renaming it. I think so its creating issue when you rename it.

Hi @Luca_Alcalde

when open the pdf make the adobe acrobat reader as default. When you open the pdf file it will open in adobe acrobat reader. Right click on file and select open with option and click on Choose another app option after that select the application that do you want to open every time and check the Always use this app to open .pdf files. Then it will open in only one app by default. Check the below image for better understanding.

One thing I can see here is that your files have some restriction and if you see there is an unblock check box at the bottom…if you check that then you should be able to oepn the file without any issues

If you pdf is not opening in the particular browser, then check if you have an add on for Adobe PDF Reader in your browser:
