PDF behaving differently on different computers

HI all,

We are experiencing different results when our bot runs a PDF on different computers. To add further the results change when the bot uses a normal human click. Have you experienced anything similar ? if you require further clarity please let us know, we would love to unpack the change in readings

If the environment is not as close as possible on both machines, it might be that some selectors will need to be adapted.
Things to look out for here would be: same version of windows, of Adobe Reader, Studio and Robot.

As to the click, what do you mean by “the results change”? Do you mean that it either works or doesn’t or that it clicks a different place?
