Pasting Only Values from one Excel file to another

Hello everyone,

I have been trying to copy a range from one big master excel to an another one to use in my automation and I need just values to be pasted as the master excel file has formulas and it gives ref! errors. even if I choose Values option still no luck, it pastes formulaes. thanks in advance a lot.

PS: Master excel slows my automation down dramatically thats why I copy/paste them to a new excel.
