Pasting and Submitting of Data from Excel file into Google Forms

I want to paste and submit the data from the Excel into Google Forms but it does not execute all the activities.

What can I do to solve this problem? Are there dependencies needed to be installed?

Hi,
The selector is incorrect , fix the selectors

for example :
“surename”

the title is incorrect in the attached project .
