Passing data into HTML Element of Form Designer doesn't work

Hello there. I’m trying to pass data into an HTML element in Create Form Task, but so far the the placeholder for each data interpolation shows undefined. I double checked the form data and the variables are correct. I can even use them elsewhere without any errors but it’s in HTML element that the problem rises.
