Page is blank in Data Extraction Template Manager

I’ve tried a practice of Document Understanding in UiPath Academy. I’ve downloaded the documents that are used for practice.

There’s this one page that is blank in the Template Manager of Intelligent Form Extractor but the text has been digitized (I think) as the template manager can detect the text (as I hover on the page) and I can click then ‘extract the value’.

I’ve tried to restart the Studio but it didn’t work. Does anyone know how to solve this?

Please check did you missed anything while creating a template.

Thanks @Karuna for the fast response. Before this, I used UiPath Document OCR Engine (other settings are the same) but similar problem happens after I changed it to OmniPage OCR.

I’ve tried your code. The first page is visible, however the second page is overlapped with the first one.

No idea about why its overlapping.
Try with different OCR engines.
Ask Forum Staff.

Did you manage to resolve this? I have the same issue with this assignment. Tried 3 different OCR engines, all have the same problem.

Can someone please help with this. I am also facing the same problem with the CMS1500 document provided in practice.
