Page 1 Matching Info is greyed out. Not able to select keywords for JPG document

Hi All,

I’m using ID proof(JPG format) as input in Document Understanding.
I’m stuck in Template Manager step(Form Extractor).
I’m not able to select the keywords from jpg document.

Please guide me.

Did you happen to turn on ocr

Also when training its better you use a pdf

Its actually working sometimes.
Sometimes not working.
So I’m not sure why

see its a public endpoint and if youa re on community there is a limit on calls per day..amy be thats why its not working sometimes
