Packages not downloading and not working

Hey guys

i downloaded UiPath and login into it
when i opened studio its giving this error , i installed new .net version also
please help , i cannot access activities, and cannot download new packages

Try to log in through UiPath Studio or Assistant.
Or Check that Package Destination Folder.

Please try reinstalling it make sure first uninstall the current and delete all files

i did uninstall and reinstall but still not resolved

Are you on any corporate laptop, if so please check if there are any firewall blocks that are blocking you need to reach to your IT
