Package unzips to empty file - not connected to orchestrator

Hi guys, i need some help please.

When UiPath Robot unzips the the package, the file created is empty. Is there any reason for this?

Resolution Summary

Issue Description:
Unzipped project package by the robot is empty. There is no Orchestrator involved.

Resolution:
After verification of the event viewer logs and finding errors related to failing connections to remote server, the NuGet.Config file was modified to make the "Gallery" path point to a local destination. Once the changes were done, the package was able to be extracted and executed successfully.
