Package published - Error thrown in Orchestrator while installing package

Hello,

We are facing an issue in Orchestrator when executing a job to run a process that has been published to Orchestrator.

The job is configured to be executed on machine A with user B. The package is published, and the the job starts to run. As it is the first time that the process has been published, it takes a while intalling the package. However, it takes more time than expected, and after a while loading, around 20-30 minutes, the job failes (Fault status) with the next error information:

System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception (0x80004005): The handle is invalid

On that same machine and user, the process was executed without any problems from the studio. It is in Orchestrator, when launching the job, when it gives that error.

Could someone please help on this issue that we are facing???

Thank you in advance,

Best regards,

Have you logged into the server via RDP then disconnected without logging out? Don’t do that. Log into the server, then LOG OUT. THEN start your Job and do NOT log into the server while it’s running.

Did the job had any logs ?

Hello @mpayer

Is this the issue for all the packages? Can you try with a very simple workflow with message box and test the same. If it is working then you may need to check the package uploaded.

Thanks
