Package Not Found 1677 After Migrating Orchestrator Server

After migrating packages from one Orchestrator server to another, library packages and dependencies are unable to be downloaded.

Root Cause

Instance key in uipath.dll.config file is different than the Libraries folder key (Orchestrator-InstanceKey).

Resolution

  1. For example, if the Instance Key in UiPath.Orchestrator.dll.config looks like this:
  1. Then the folder (Typically it is C:\Program Files (x86)\UiPath\Orchestrator\Storage):
  1. The one that contains the libraries should look the same as the Orchestrator one: EBB79505-BC34-48C6-A168-E6E29801BE43.
