Package installation error

Dear Sir/Ma’am,

I am getting the following error while installing Newtonsoft.Json package.
My studio version is 2018.4.6 and Newtonsoft version selected was 11.0.2. Can you help?

kindly check is any setting is block in firewall or antivirus and if so disable that once in the firewall and try once
