How to mitigate the error "Operation returned an invalid status code 'Forbidden'" when installing Orchestrator components in Azure PaaS
When using the PowerShell scripts to do the PaaS Azure WebApp Service Installation and encounter the following error: Operation returned an invalid status code 'Forbidden'
Resolution:
Make sure that for each WebApp ( orchestrator, identity, webhooks, resource catalog) the app registration has at least contributor role.
