I am able to connect to my shared mailbox.
I am trying to copy all the emails subject from inbox to excel. Which i am able to do.
just that outlook times out and not sure what i can do to fix that part.
Is there a way to fix the time out issue.
Increase Time out for your activity and use retry and inside it try to make sure it will not crashed from first time
thanks it worked i had it set to 30000 sec. but adding extra zero helped.
Increase the connection timeout in Outlook settings. Split the copying process into smaller parts to reduce the load on Outlook and reduce the chance of timeouts. Try checking your network connection to make sure your internet connection is stable. Update Outlook and install all available updates.
