Outlook random the specified folder does not exist

Hi,

Sometimes when i try to read emails from an shared email box, the robot throws “The specified folder does not exist”.I want it to be very clear, the error does not always appear, although it is the same folder.

If i close and open again the outlook, the error no longer appeared.

Have anyone encountered this error ? How can I get rid of this error without the workaround of closing and opening the outlook.

this is a common issue with get outlook mail activity, if you use Exchange or SMTP, you will never have this issue.

Are there a lot of emails in the folder that bot is reading from the shared folder.

That might be an issue here …

You can reduce the number of emails in the folder by moving the old one to a separate folder and give it a try …
