Outlook notification breaks bot

Hi Everyone, I m working on a bot where it downloads and reads an email and puts it into excel. I have seen a occurrence where the bot keeps breaking due to email notfications and or meeting meeting notifications. Is there any way for me to fix this issue?

Did we try with activities like GET OUTLOOK MAIL ACTIVITY and then looping through each mail and get the attachment in it with SAVE ATTACHMENT activity
I hope we are accessing through UI, is it so

Yes all get outlook was used. But when the bot runs a random email notfication disturbs the bot and causes it to break.
