Outlook mail thread unique identifier

Iam looking to filter outlook mail threads.

is there a way in which can get all the mail threads using a certain unique identifier?

thanks for your reply, but iam asking about the unique identifier that i will filter in the get outlook mail.(such as conversationID…)
