Check this thread, looks mailbox size issue. Are you sending with any attachment, if yes then check the attachment file size.

Thanks for your reply, i have seen that. I am not getting how to resolve? to whom should i connect?

Check the same email is getting triggered to your email id or not. If it is getting triggered to your email address then it you have to check with the other user’s mailbox for the actual size in their email box.
