Outlook in a browser - specified folder does not exist

Hi,

The robot is on a server and there is no outlook application installed there. I have done some research on the forum but didn’t find much information about online outlook. I just want to get the email message at this point. Here is what I did so far:

Attach the IE browser -> log in -> use Get outlook mail messages

I wonder if Get outlook mail messages works at all in the online version of outlook???

MailFolder: “Inbox”
Filter: “[subject] = ‘hi’ AND [ReceivedTime] <= '”+now.AddDays(1).ToString +"’"

That’s all I put for my parameters.

The error that I am getting:

“The specified folder does not exist”

Thanks in advance!

Lavina

You should use the activities from UiPath for Get/Send… no need of logIn to the Web.
Even if you are using Outlook app, you can have an Exchange acc for example, so you should check the server on which it is working. It should look like:“https://outlook.office365.com/EWS/Exchange.asmx

After that i think you can configure it on your own for:Get/Send Outlook messages (only user/password to verify if it works).
