Outlook - function cannot be performed because the message has been changed

Process:

  • Go to web page and click .msg file
  • It opens in Outlook as a new message
  • Fill in recipient
  • Check for out-of-office message
  • Send email

Recently we started getting this error:

It also happens when we do the same steps manually.

I was hoping someone here might have seen this before or know enough about Outlook to help us adjust the automation to avoid it.
