Outlook Error: Outlook don't recognize one or more names

I got an error:“microsoft outlook does not recognize one or more names” or something like this.
Someone knows what’s about? And How am I fix it?

This error occur when I’m sending an e-mail to customer in a list of tasks. The robot make some verifications and send an e-mail with a attachment if some of this verication have failed.

If I try 3 or 4 times, the robot just ignore what was making the error happens and follow his life quietly

If you are using Outlook activities then Outlook application should be installed in that machine and also it should be online at the time BOT running else it will throw error.

The machine is dedicated to the operation of the robot. I will check if it is any previous activity that has not yet finished processing that may be causing this error
