Outlook Desktopメールメッセージを取得アクティビティで「指定したフォルダーは存在しません」

UiPath Studio 2025.0.167STS Community editionのユーザーです。

ワークフローの冒頭で、Outlook Desktopメールメッセージを取得アクティビティを実行したら、添付画像のエラー「指定したフォルダーは存在しません」が出ました。
自分では見つけられませんでしたが、どこかに、メールメッセージデータフォルダのパスを指定する箇所があるのでしょうか？

In properties you would have a folder option can you please check

Hi, is this your suggested item?
No improvement was found after setting mail data folder path like follows…

“C:\Users\XXXX\YYYY\ZZZZZ\Outlook ファイル”
“C:\Users\XXXX\YYYY\ZZZZZ\Outlook ファイル\Outlook.pst”

The folder path is mot the outlook path or so

For example you want to use the folder x under inbox then give inbox\x if inbox just give inbox..basically the way you see in outlook application

Since I thought as you suggested first, I tried as you suggested.
However, as this attempt failed I chaged my mind to full folder path…

May I think this is UiPath bug?

Can you try changing the language to english

in other languages this issue has been observed and changing to english and using inbox worked for people

outlookで受信しようとしている相手のメールサーバはどこぞのimapサーバでしょうか？
UipathではありませんがPowerAutomateDesktopのoutlookメール受信でimapサーバ（gmailとか）を相手にするときは"受信トレイ"ではなく"inbox"を指定します。
参考になれば。

IMAPではなくPOP3サーバーになります。
「Outlook Desktop メール メッセージを取得」はPOP３に未対応という情報がありましたので、これが原因かもしれません。調査を継続します。

Hi, kind instructor @Anil_G san,
I already confirmed english version “inbox” did not work as well as Japanese version “inbox”.

I noted this “Get Outlook Mail Messages” activity may NOT allow POP3 server. I am using POP3 server…

I will continue to research…Stay tuned!

->After replacing ““Get Outlook Mail Messages”” activity with ““Get POP3 Mail Messages””
activity my workflow worked.
