We are using “Move outlook message” activity to move an email to another folder, but instead of moving it, it deletes the email.
Any ideas of what’s happening?

Yes, and it just appear in “Deleted” folder
We had this issue often in Outlook O365 often as well. What we found that helps is regularly cleaning the sent emails and deleted emails. Seems the less we have in folders the more apt the email message moves to the correct folders. Our bots each have their own email addresses and then we have a general mailbox for the bots. We have an automation for the bots which deletes emails that are older than 30 days from sent folders and cleans deleted files at the end of each day.

What helped me is resetting folder view setting to original ones. You go to View, then View Settings, Reset Currrent View.
