I’m not sure about this. Maybe the file was corrupted before sending the mail. Kindly check your excel file after processing. And download the file from outlook and find the error message to get an apparent reason for corrupting the file.

Hi @Kuldeep_Pandey , There could be multiple factor for this failure

  1. At system level
    do refer : Solved - The File is Corrupted and Cannot be Opened - Excel
  2. At code level. Please check if you able to open the excel file before and after send out look email activity.
    I also suggest, do perform debug on those steps and keep a look out on excel file operations to investigate the issue
